Happenings.....

Well...we've officially hit the 4 month mark...which means one thing...Rice Cereal.
We struggled at first, but now we seem to like it...the pics below are from our first rice cereal feeding. I do apologize for the delay in post....Mom's been under the weather. I had a double inner and outer ear infection...and I'm just now FINALLY getting over it. You would have thought the ear infection should go to Eloise...but I would gladly take that pain any day over her!
We had our 4 month appointment on Tuesday and we took our shots quite well. Here are our stats:
Weight: 13.6 pounds--50%
Height: 24 1/4 inches--50%
Head circumference: 16 1/2 inches--50-75%
We are now eating 7 oz. every 5 hours...this is working out quite well...and the doctor said that once she gets up to 14 pounds she should sleep through the night. We are only getting up once around 4, so it really isn't that bad. Eloise is eating dinner around 6, she goes to bed between 8-8:30 and she will sleep until 4. She then eats about 6 oz. and sleeps until around 8ish.

do we like?

NO!!

This past weekend we went to Boerne to visit my brother and sister in law. We were so busy having fun that I didn't take too many pictures! Spencer and Lauren bought an older home and revamp the whole thing and it is beautiful! On Saturday we watched the World Cup and hung out at the lake. Then on Sunday we went to Fredericksburg and shopped all day long. We loved hanging out with them and can't wait to do it again! Great food, great times and great company! Eloise already misses Uncle Spencer and Aunt Lauren! xoxo
